Olivia and I went to Lubbock to see Jason, Lindsey, Nathan and Preston so I could help Lindsey out after her surgery. We had a great time and Olivia loved watching the boys play. She also loved their jumperoo! It was extra springy since it had been through 2 babies already and that made it super easy for her to learn to jump. She still hasn't stopped jumping :)
Lindsey works at Wolfforth United Methodist Church as the director of their Parents Day Out program and that is where Nathan and Preston go to preschool. Their first day of school was the Tuesday that we were there so Olivia and I went up there to check it out and say hello. School was just letting out so Nathan got to show me his classroom, Preston's classroom, the nursery where all the babies are, and Lindsey's office. Lindsey's office doubles as a supply room and there were a ton of toys and stuff in there so we sat and played in there for a little while and Nathan and I took turns taking pictures of each other in this cowboy hat we found.
Johnnie's dad had a knee replacement so we went out to their house quite a bit to take them lunch or dinner and Olivia enjoyed the golf cart.
To get where she wants to go Olivia either rolls or scoots. To scoot, she lays on her back, digs her heels into the carpet and pushes. She looks like a little inch worm. One day she decided she wanted to be by King so she rolled and scooted all the way over to where he was laying. Then she grabbed and patted him and held his hand. Too cute!
Olivia still likes her bumbo although she sometimes tries to buck out of it.
She also LOVES her Poppy!!!
Since it was raining a lot, I decided Olivia needed a rain coat and some rain boots. She doesn't have her rain coat on in this pic but it is zebra on the outside and pink fleece on the inside - so cute! The rain boots are the best though.
