Lubbock

WOW. What a difference a year makes! Olivia and I went to Lubbock last year in August and then ended up going back this year in August. It is amazing to look at pictures of Olivia in the same swing from last year and now this year. They change and grow up so fast!

i know it looks like she is asleep here but she's not, i guess she's just resting? that swingin will wear a girl out!!!

she also loved it when Preston would push her, so cute!

here she is showing off her climbing skills. she climbed this ladder countless times all by herself!

she wasn't so sure about the slide though. she first just wanted to slide other things down rather than herself. like this bat :) that girl is the neighbor's kid, Brenna.

she decided she would try the slide but wanted to do it her own way.

WEEEEEE! She finally slid down the right way and loved it...

then when she got to the bottom she would stop herself, stand up....

and walk sideways all the way back up to do it again :)

so this is the ONLY picture I got with Nathan in it that wasn't blurry :( I should've had the kids sit in the grass together for some pics but I didn't, oh well, maybe next time!

The rest of these pics are just Olivia being silly in her chair. She loves her chair so if we go anywhere overnight we take it. She sits in it sideways, upside down and backwards. I asked her to make some funny faces and this is what she gave me...

We had a good visit in Lubbock and Olivia can't wait to see her cousins again! I had fun staying up til midnight every night talking with Lindsey and can't wait to do that again!
