This is just King and Olivia hangin out in the living room. At this point neither of them were really interested in each other but now they are pretty tight. She is definitely more interested in him than he is in her. When he walks by her she reaches her arms out toward him and opens her mouth really big for a kiss. i guess she thinks since King uses his tongue to kiss her then she should do the same :)
So I'm terrible and don't have any pics of me and my daughter on my first Mother's Day but I did take these pics. They are of my cousin Kelly's girls and Grandmother holding Olivia. I don't like being photographed very often these days since I've yet to shed all 50 (yeah FIFTY!) pounds that I gained when I was pregnant.

If you didn't already know, JOHNNIE LOVES NASCAR! So a few days after we announced that we were expecting we got a package in the mail from Dave & Bridget and it was this Dale, Jr. onesie. I told them that girl or boy that our baby would wear it when watching the race with Johnnie. So this was Olivia's first raceday. I had somewhere to go that day but Olivia, Johnnie, King and Kitty layed in bed and watched the nascar race together.
I took this out at my parents house when she was laying on their bed and just thought she looked really sweet.
Olivia has always LOVED her bath. If she is ever so upset that we are unsure what to do (which has only happened a few times), we put her in the bath and she is instantly calmed. We used to bathe her in this baby tub on the guest bathroom counter but now we put her in our big bathtub and she kicks and splashes and laughs and it is so cute. She doesn't look too excited about her bath in this pic but I've got another one I'll post below from a different day where she is smiling.

These were taken at Fresco's in Burleson. Johnnie and Olivia and I went and met my parents and Zach and Lindsay there for dinner and so we could watch Lindsay sing out on the patio. We had a lot of fun that night and I got some good pics of her with them.

The first person I told that I thought I might be pregnant (besides Johnnie who didn't believe me) was my friend Carolyn that I worked with. Her and I both got to work at the same time one morning and parked next to each other and when we were walking in I told her I had a weird feeling that I was pregnant. She was very excited and said she hoped that I was. Turns out my feeling was right and I think it was 2 weeks later we were walking in together again in the morning and she told me she had just taken a pregnancy test and that she was pregnant too! So it was cool for us to go through our first pregnancies together. AND we both had girls! Olivia was born on March 12th and Sophia was born on April 2nd so they are just 3 weeks apart. Here are pics from when they first met.
