COMPUTER VIRUSES SUCK!

I'm so irritated! Our laptop has another virus and I've been unable to get on the internet for several days. I'm out at my parents house using their internet right now just so I can clear out emails. Hopefully we can get it fixed soon b/c I have so many cute pics from the past week that I want to post. Olivia has been smiling and laughing a lot more this week and it is so cute!

Meredith got this dress for Olivia at one of the showers and we decided it would be her Easter dress. She looked like a little doll!

How cute is my little Easter Chick? Kelly, Scott, Abby and Morgan got Olivia these chick hat & booties for Easter and I bet they will still fit her next year

Paw Paw

I am so glad to have these sweet pictures of my Paw Paw holding Olivia. He was sick when Olivia was born so it was a very bittersweet time for my family. We were all so worried about Paw Paw but so excited to have Olivia around. She was a wonderful distraction during a very sad time. Paw Paw passed away on April 10th and it is so hard to believe that he is gone. Being a first time mom, taking care of a newborn consumes your life so so I didn't have a whole lot of time to sit and think about what was happening. So now every time I go to my grandparents house I have to remind myself that Paw Paw isn't going to be there and it makes me so sad.

These are some of my favorite pictures from March. Olivia is the first grandchild for my parents but she is the fifth for Johnnie's parents. She is, however, their first granddaughter. Johnnie's sister, Gina, has 2 boys and his brother, Jason, also has 2 boys. This is Olivia with all of the boys - Curtis, Nathan, Casey and Preston

A lady I worked with, Brenda Hamm, made this blanket just for Olivia and out of all of the blankets we were given, this was Johnnie's favorite to swaddle her in during those first few weeks. He said it was the perfect size and thickness. Thanks Brenda!

Olivia Reese Hayes was born on March 12, 2009 at 8:40pm and was 19 3/4 inches long.

Morrow Family Shower

On February 22nd I was given a shower by my mom's side of the family and it was really nice too. I think these were the last pics taken of me before Olivia got here.

Would you believe that my mom's sisters MADE this fruit bouquet! It had chocolate covered bananas, strawberries, and apples and was so yummy!

Valentine's Day

We had so much fun decorating Olivia's room. We got a really early start on it b/c we knew we wanted new windows, paint, and carpet. We first did windows, then paint, then carpet. The walls are light brown and the trim is pale pink. Here are some pics of the room once we got it all finished.
