Memorial Day Weekend

Friday was the 28th which was the one year anniversary of Zach's accident :( My parents couldn't decide what they wanted to do so they just thought being home would be good. Then a few of Zach's friends called and asked if they could just come over and visit that evening and it turned out to be really nice. Jason & Lindsey & the boys came down so we could go to the lake on Saturday and boys went with Buster & Linda to the lake on Friday so Jason & Lindsey came with us to my parents house on Friday evening. It was so nice that Zach's friends cared enough to want to be with my parents on that day. It made them feel really good and everyone had fun hanging out. Olivia got to stay up LATE to listen to Jason Jewett sing and she loved that. He sang her Wagon Wheel (her bedtime song) and I danced with her and she had a great time.

The next morning we got up and headed to the lake. Scott brought Kylie down on Saturday and then he and Meredith came down on Sunday and we all had a great time. Olivia loves the boat, the lake, the pool, the golf cart, the deer, etc...

Hayden turned One!!!

Miss Hayden Cassidy turned one year old and had a pool party which Olivia LOVED! We packed Olivia's cute beach bag (her bday gift from Hayden) with all sorts of cute swim stuff - swim suit, cover up, sandals, hat, swim diapers, towels, etc...) then left it at home :( The party was in Garland so its not like we could turn around and go get it so Olivia just swam in one of Hayden's swim diapers and her sunglasses :) She had the best time splashing and kicking in the pool and it made me so excited for summer!

New Camera!

Johnnie, Olivia, King and Kitty got me a new camera for Mother's Day and I LOVE it! They got it at Wolf Camera which includes classes and I've been to 3 and I think there are a total of 7. I also bought the "Dummies" book and am learning a lot from that as well so hopefully I'll be able to get some really great pictures of Olivia this summer. Here are my fave pics from my new camera

Lakehouse Fun with Nathan & Preston

Jason brought the boys down to the lakehouse the first weekend in May and Olivia had so much fun playing with them. One of our favorite things to do while we are there is ride around in the golf cart and look at all the deer. They are everywhere and it is so neat!

Johnnie and Jason are so proud of their Red Raider mobile. We have had the most fun cruising it around. None of us play golf so we just use it to cruise the neighborhood and look at the pretty houses, the golf course, the lake views, and the deer.
